good stay but room could have been better
The staff offered exceptional service when I had questions and concerns. Enjoyed the comfortable bed which improved my sleep quality significantly. The city view from the restaurant added a nice ambiance while dining.
The room could have been more modern in its décor.

The indoor pool and gym were perks after long days. The comfy beds were a highlight! We also loved the free shuttle to the outlet mall, which felt like a mini-adventure apart from airport hustle. Seriously, I slept like a baby here!
Felt extremely welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

The location was great with easy access to local eateries and public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, making our family time comfortable. Unfortunately, we had an issue with room readiness at check-in that delayed our arrival, and the maintenance needed to fix a clogged tub. Overall, it was a decent stay despite these hiccups.

Comfortable stay with a view
Just spent a night here and really enjoyed it! The room was on the 10th floor with a killer view of the Fraser River. The bed was super comfy, and I didn't want to get out of the shower. Only bummer was that breakfast at the restaurant was pretty pricey. Still, the happy hour specials were a nice touch.

Just a top selection for a fleeting trip in Richmond with good value for price. Everything you need is across the street, especially the abundance of dining options. Check the elevator situation before unpacking—only one was working during my stay.
